I thought it would be something like Ingrid or Margaret. Estelle is a surprising choice, though if/when she becomes Queen, it will be more unique than her mother's name. Imagine being named Queen Victoria? That name casts a big shadow!

I think it's great to see Princess Beatrice getting more involved in royal duties. Hope to see more of Eugenie too.

Princess Ruby, now that's an interesting choice!
I read somewhere that when Princess Mary was born in 1897, Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee year, her grandfather the Prince of Wales, suggested the name Diamond.
I would expect something traditional. Maybe their daughter might be named Margrethe. Joachim and Marie paid tribute to Prince Henrik by giving their son the same name.

And we would not hear from the Clarence house. Prince William's office is located at St. James Palace. It would come from there. Don't see a separate site for St James Palace. Any announcements about William and Catherine seem to be going through the Clarence House press department and their twiter account @clarencehouse www.princeofwales.gov.uk/newsandgallery/news/results.shtml?md=&mt=&mr=&mp=The+Duke+of+Cambridge&x=34&y=12So until they start a completely separate website (not an offshoot of the PoW's site). Or a separate twitter account, would think announcements will continue to come via the Prince of Wales' website.

If Catherine is pregnant, we'll hear for sure from Clarence House. Maybe they'll do like they did with the engagement and announce it on twitter.

Tune in to the next episode of The Royal Report on Sunday October 16, 2011 at 9:00PM EST (North America) The topic will be: Despite having illustrious histories with extremely capable Queens regnant, namely Queen Elizabeth I, Queen Victoria and the present Queen, males still take precedence over females in the line of succession. By these current rules, should William and Catherine's first child be a girl, her position would be usurped by any younger brothers. Prime Minister David Cameron has recently announced his support for changing these rules to allow for equal rights to the throne. Is it about time these rules are changed?
