I saw on a magazine cover that Catherine was pregnant with twins ? Is that just to sell magazines any truth to it ?
Also, why did she have to change the spelling of her name when she got married from Katherine to Catherine ?

Definitely not true!
As for her name, her legal name is Catherine, Kate for short.

Seemed like I read some place where they had her to change the spelling when she married. First couple Catherines from history didn't fare up to well. LOL

As far as I know, she's always spelled Catherine with a C, although I am skeptical about claims that those close to her have never called her Kate, since Prince William repeatedly called her Kate during their first interview together.
