True people shouldn't question her ability solely on her age, but it happens. Let me change the scenario: if she were: 85 but using a walker 90 but using a wheelchair 98 but hard of hearing In all of the instances I'm offering she is still sharp as a tack. I'm wondering whether the age number with using a walker or a wheelchair or being hard of hearing makes a difference. Well if she became hard of hearing I think a hearing aid would help her and no I wouldn't want her to lose her place because of a mild to moderate physical disability that could easily be worked on and worked around. And is normal for old age to need such special needs aids. And yet many of these older people find a way to live and sometimes work, despite their depleting abilities and closeness to death.

The Queen's age is moot. She is Queen no matter what her circumstances. To suggest otherwise is insulting to her as well as the institution.
