I've just watched the video of the Banquet for the Emir of Qatar at Windsor Castle posted to this site. When The Queen leads the Emir to his seat there is a line of guests following. Immediately behind The Queen and The Emir, for instance, are HRH The Duchess of Cornwall with David Cameron the Prime Minister.
The last Qatari gentleman in the line is just in front of HRH The Duke of Gloucester. However, who is the lady, in tiara and full jewels but no awards that I can see, who is accompanying this Qatari man?
I don't recognise her. Any ideas?
