I maybe wrong, but don't most people have the option to get married when they pick up the wedding/marriage certificate in a private ceremony, Like Prince Charles n' Camela. Then, they had a public ceremony in a church! So who can verify when they going to pick up the marriage certificate or if they already did get married in a private ceremony?

Charles and Camilla have been married since 2005 - no question about that. As for the certificate, Maybe they had it mailed to them? I'm sure Charles has people who can pick it up for him. Maybe the registrar made a house/castle call?

As I recall, the church ceremony was a blessing, not a wedding.

People have full blown whatever lable you want tag it with to just renew their vows these days! I'm sure a planning committee had to look ahead on the callender to get in the What Royal getting married this year line. I'm happy for the couple! Congrates!
