We'd like to invite forum members to 'The Trial of Marie Antoinette', now playing at the Courtyard Theatre, London. This new play by Peter Langdon is set during the last days of Marie Antoinette's life, and aims to go beyond the stereotyped image of the 'let them eat cake' Queen, presenting a more rounded and realistic image of Marie Antoinette, and setting her life and downfall in the context of the revolution. The Stage recently reviewed the play, and said 'Marie Antoinette, nobly played by Julie Tallis... ultimately moves us to tears' and praises the play's 'time-honoured and effective dramatic technique' and 'meticulous historical detail'. We'd love to see any forum members who can make it to London at the play, and hear your feedback. We'd like to offer you all a special offer to see the play for just £10. To claim this offer just mention the 'Revolution offer' at the box office, or call Seetickets on 0870 1630 717. Please see our website at www.trialofmarieantoinette.co.uk for more information. Hope to see you there! Peter Once Theatre
