How I would love to have been a fly on the wall of Lord Frederick Windsor's wedding at the weekend.
Having said that and being the last to criticise HM The Queen, but I do wonder what the "Royal Protocol" is that was cited as preventing her from attending the wedding, especially when the "extended" Royal Family was invited to/expected to turn out for Peter Phillip's wedding last year.

Unless it's a member of her immediate family, I don't think she attends any weddings outside of that.
Just like she doesn't attend many funerals and instead sends a representative in her place. I wonder if Princess Eugenie was the one representing the Queen. I think she was the most senior royal in terms of the line of succession and precedence.
I haven't found an article that mentions a title for the bride. Would she be Lady Windsor? Just like Lord Nicholas Windsor's wife is?

It is probably as simple as that.
It may not have been mentioned as the Bride is an actress and therefore will be best known under her stage name, but officially, yes, she is now Lady Frederick Windsor.
