I can think of only 2 events in royal history that occurred on the 21st. of April.

21st. of April 1926 - the birth of Princess Elizabeth (now Queen Elizabeth II).

21st. of April 1970 - the Hutt River Province Principality was declared to be independent from both Western Australia & the Commonwealth of Australia by Leonard Casely (now Prince Leonard I) by way of an Act of Secession.The Hutt River Province Principality changed its name in 2006 to the Principality of Hutt River,& a constitution was enacted.

Can anyone else think of any other events in royal history that occurred on the 21st. of April?

HRH Princess Isabella of Denmark was born on 21st Arpil 2007 and, in a very, very roundabout way, was named after her British Royal cousin with whom she shares a birthday.

1509 King Henry VII of England died. 1574 The first reigning Grand Duke of Tuscany Cosimo I de'Medici died. 1767 Elizabeth of Wurttemberg was born , daughter of Frederich II Eugene, Duke of Brandenburg.
