I was wondering, especially considering the problems that arose from his marriage to Princess Irene of the Netherlands, how the Dutch feel about the late Duke of Parma being brought to the Netherlands to lie in state in Noordeinde Palace in The Hague.
Has all been forgotten and forgiven?

Has all been forgotten and forgiven? Given that both the Dutch and the Spanish sovereigns sent wreaths, and Queen Beatrix and her sister paid their respects at the Fegel Dome in Noordeinde Palace, all does seem to be forgotten and forgiven. The public, however, were not allowed to pay their respects there - that will take place in Piacenza.
