Noticing that The King of Sweden had granted his granddaughter Princess Estelle not only the Order of the Seraphim but with Collar like her mother and above her Uncle and Aunt, I noticed that HRH The Crown Princess doesn't have any British Honour listed amongst those she has.
Looking through, especially heirs to European thrones, I noticed a complete lack. I thought that Haakon Magnus of Norway and Felipe of Spain at least had the Royal Victorian Order but haven't found it listed. I thought that The Queen bestowed the RVO on Crown Princes/Princesses on a Royal Visit as most Crowned Heads have the Garter.
Is this a failing on Her Majesty's part or, in fact, on the part of the well-known online encyclopaedia?

The RVO is a personal order for The Queen to bestow on whomever she wants in gratitude for personal services to her. It is not an oder given out to foreign royalty, I believe.
