Duke of Cambridge Letters Patent

I realize the title will merge with the crown when he becomes William V but does anyone know how the Letters Patent were written? i assume to the heirs male of his body; if so then his first born son would be styled HRH The Earl of Strathearn, but a daughter would be HRH Princess x of Cambridge.
I think with the coming change in succession laws it will be interesting how the Letters Patent for Prince Harry's future dukedom will read!

I'm not expert, but I think it would make sense across the board with all titles. But sometimes royalty or life just doesn't make much sense.

"and the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten".
